Whilst we always try to do the right thing, look at the big picture and the details and stay focused on vision, we know that we can’t do it on our own. We need people who aren’t focused on every detail to check in with every so often. And we do that through a series of advisory groups. 

Council of Critical Friends 

A great friend gives you confidence and calls you out on your rubbish when you are not doing the right thing. They tell you when you’re making excuses or a terrible decision. They also help pick you up when you tried something and failed spectacularly. Our critical friends do exactly this. They are all experts in their fields and world-class at friendship. They look at our plans and our execution, they help us develop the team, see risks and opportunities we might have missed and challenge our thinking. We meet them three times a year, and pick their brains a lot more often. You can find out a bit about them here:
