“I can learn anything. From anyone. At any age.”
Our work in action

We know this is true in theory, but it’s hard to live out. We’re programmed to think that we learn as kids, in classrooms, from teachers and textbooks. Learning is a continual process of becoming – it doesn’t finish when we leave college. Dharohar overturns that idea and creates spaces for people to learn independently or in collaboration with others.

We create spaces to play, explore, and connect. Volunteers from businesses, and the students they work with, learn how to learn joyfully and through experimentation. Grounded in play and connection, our programmes span from science to arts to emotional self-regulation. Our programmes help people become more of what they hope to be, moving from a static sense of self - to one where we are permanently “works-in-progress”.

We partner with businesses to create a win-win-win; a win for the business, for the volunteer, and for the child. As volunteers learn to learn, the take that back to work, enabling businesses to get the best from all their people, and grow faster.
